What is Multi-License Reporting?

Initially built for nurses and physicians, this new functionality simplifies the CE reporting process by allowing:

  • Nurses to report and apply ANCC-approved general CE requirement hours to eligible nursing licenses simultaneously
  • Physicians to report and apply general AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ hours to eligible licenses simultaneously 

No more repetitive data entry or switching between different license profiles. With just a few clicks, you can report your CE/CME credits and ensure all your licenses remain up-to-date.

How to Use Multi-License Reporting:
  1. Complete your CE course*. Make sure the course is relevant to all the licenses you wish to apply it to.
    *If you complete a course within CE Broker, there is no need to self-report. Completions are automatically reported to your records. 
  2. Log in to your account. Select an applicable license from your Overview page, then click the “Report CE” button in the top-right corner of the page.
  3. Review the reporting options and select Option 2: Report ANCC-approved general CE or general AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ to multiple licenses.
  4. Enter the course details. Provide the required information about the course, such as the course title, provider, date of completion, and number of credits earned.
  5. Choose the licenses. Check the boxes next to each license you want to apply the credits to.
  6. Submit your report. Review the information and click “Submit.”

That’s it! Your CE credits will be applied to all selected licenses simultaneously.
