CE Broker is looking for a few friendly support center representatives for part time positions in our Jacksonville, Florida office.
You’ll be speaking to doctors, nurses, pharmacists, instructors, and all other sorts of healthcare professionals via phone, livechat, and email. They’ll depend on you to help them access and manage information that allows them to stay licensed and certified. And they’ll need you to listen and be extremely pleasant – they deserve it!
In addition to taking care of inbound customer requests, you’ll have a chance to craft FAQs, blog posts, and other helpful documentation. You must be a great writer!
Our Jacksonville headquarters features a very laid-back environment with a solid opportunity for growth. Our state contract manager, quality control manager, and many others joined us as support center representatives. We offer $12/hour starting pay and excellent benefits. The ideal candidate would be available anytime between 8AM-5PM EST Monday – Wednesday, and will probably work an average of 25 hours/week.
