Job Title: Helpdesk Representative
Position Description: CE Broker is the official continuing education tracking system for the Florida Department of Health. We are seeking a proven, highly engaged customer service professional to join our team. As a Helpdesk Representative, you will be our users first point of contact via phone, email, and live chat support channels. An ideal candidate must be a self motivated individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2 years experience in customer service is required.
Primary Responsibilities
• Provide ongoing excellent service to our clients
• Answer phone calls, email queries, and live chat questions
• Solve customer problems
• Convert sales opportunities into subscriptions
• Manage quality control of the system
• Contribute to the development of our support center database
Knowledge
• Strong understanding of the healthcare profession and industry
• Fluent with all Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Internet Savy

Educational Requirements
• Associates Degree Required
