Account Manager

We are seeking a proven, highly engaged, web savvy customer service professional to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be our clients first point of contact and a member of our digital sales force. An ideal candidate must be a self motivated, confident individual with excellent verbal communication skills and the desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment. 2 years experience in customer service is required. Sales experience a plus. Some travel required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing excellent service to our clients
• Solve customer problems
• Convert sales opportunities into contracts
• Coordinate the implementation of new clients into the system
• Train new and existing clients on how to use the system
• Analyze data to manage quality control of the system
• Work closely with management on annual planning and new product development

Educational Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required
